The salt bread I uploaded before was a soft style salt bread, but this time, I made it into cracked salt bread with appetizing cracks. 😊 When I made the salt bread into bread, it had more crispy parts that were fried in butter, and the inside was a little more moist and chewy! Cracked salt bread is usually made with a low ratio, so it is less soft than soft style salt bread. So, to make it a little more moist and soft inside, I spread butter all over the dough and baked it, and the butter flavor came out better and it definitely became moist! The salt bread that was just baked in the oven was crispy on the outside! and salty but soft and chewy on the inside, so I ate one in an instant while sitting down. ㅎㅎ I personally prefer soft style salt bread, but I think the salt bread I made this time was really delicious! And the cracks are crunchy, so I think the visual is much better. 👍 The points for making this crack salt bread are 1. Before steaming, preheat the oven sufficiently 2. When squeezing butter, squeeze it about 1cm inside the edge of the dough (so that the dough doesn't burst when baking) 3.
