President Donald Trump signed an executive order boosting childhood cancer research in the Oval Office on Tuesday. Trump was joined by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. During the executive order signing, reporters asked President Trump about the looming government shutdown. A shutdown could begin at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday if no deal is reached.
