NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS Sound begins @ 1:01. Conway Police Fugitive Link: / 1273351831501609 On September 18th, 2025, at approximately 1800 hours, I was traveling east on I-40, when a black BMW sedan passed me, displaying Arkansas License Plate Number AUA 22E. I recognized this license plate due to the registered owner having warrants for her arrest. I ran the displayed plate through NCIC/ACIC and confirmed that the registered owner did have warrants for her arrest. I also saw that registered owner had a suspended driver's license, the registration to the vehicle was expired, and the vehicle did not show to have an insurance policy on file. I initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle by activating my overhead emergency lights and informed dispatch of my location, specifying that I was near Exit 150 on I-40 Eastbound. The vehicle continued driving past Exit 150 and kept driving, but was not accelerating. I informed dispatch of this, and quickly turned my siren on and then off, thinking the driver did not see me in their mirrors. At this point, the vehicle began accelerating, and I asked dispatch to direct the radio channel and I was now in pursuit. I followed the vehicle at approximately 95 miles an hour in violation of the posted speed limit of 75 miles per hour, and they took the exit to enter I-30 West Bound. I noted the vehicle had passed a vehicle on the right hand side, crossing into the right shoulder of the on ramp. The vehicle continued to accelerate to 106 miles an hours while weaving through traffic on I-30 West Bound, and at one point, passed a vehicle on the left hand side, while in the left shoulder of I-30 West Bound. I noted the posted speed limit on this section of the interstate to be 65 miles per hour. The vehicle continued on I-30 West Bound and crossed from the furthest left lane of traffic to the farthest right lane, and took the Broadway Street exit in North Little Rock. I followed the vehicle off the interstate, and they crossed Broadway Street, re-entering I-30 West Bound. I continued pursuing the vehicle as it re-entered I-30 West Bound and it stayed in the right lane of traffic, taking the exit ramp for I-630 West Bound. I followed the vehicle as it traveled on I-630 West Bound, in excess of 100 miles an hour, in violation of the posted speed limit of 65 miles per hour. The vehicle continued traveling in the furthest left lane of traffic until near the UAMS exit on I-630 West Bound, the vehicle saw an Arkansas State Trooper was joining me in the pursuit. The vehicle then slowed to a stop east of the UAMS exit on I-630 West Bound. A felony stop was performed on the vehicle, and I took custody of the passenger, who was the registered owner's sister, Lamya Wallace. I detained L. Wallace and placed her in Officer Veliz' vehicle. Other officers on scene placed the driver in custody, who was identified as the registered owner, Kimira Wallace. K. Wallace was placed in my patrol vehicle. A search was performed of K. Wallace's vehicle, and I noted large amounts of merchandise, some items still had tags on them. I was unable to determine if any of the items were stolen. Shortly after this time, Lewis Brother's towing took possession of Wallace's vehicle and towed it to their impound lot. I then transported K. Wallace to PCRDF without incident due to the charges stemming from this incident. K. Wallace was also served two affidavit arrest warrants from the NLRPD for Theft of Property charges, and she was also held in the detention center for two affidavit arrest warrants from Conway Police Department, also for Theft of Property.
