LASER OPERATION This procedure involves the use of a laser to reshape the surface of the cornea, helping light to properly focus on the retina. This helps see you yourself better. 2. LENS IMPLANTATION OPERATION (ICL SURGERY) In this procedure, an artificial lens is placed inside the eye behind the iris, this artificial lens works with the existing natural lens to bend light on the retina which helps produces clear vision Usually, Laser surgery is preferred for the correction of specs powers up to -8.0D, but in Ms. Angel's case, Laser surgery was not possible as her 'Corneal Thickness' turned out to be very thin. In such cases of Thin Cornea, Dry Eyes, High Myopic Power, or Keratoconus where Laser surgery is not possible, ICL Surgery is the preferred option for specs removal.
