NATURE FIX - Longan Village Creek - Nantou, Taiwan - 4K (from Small Island Big Song)

These are nature films collected for the Small Island Big Song project, to connect us to the voice of nature through the music of those identifying as the traditional custodians of that environment. Whilst visiting these places we thought it be a gift to just share them as they are, to sit and spend some time with, in this case a tiny creek which only flows half of the year next to our home and Small Island Big Song studio in Longan Village rural Taiwan. The creek doesn't have a name, does a creek need a name? It is pure and clean coming straight out of the mountains and even though it only flows for half of the year it supports so much life. Whilst I was filming I saw freshwater crabs and the little bend in the river has fish you just may spot them if you look closely enough. Anyway just put on and enjoy some nature - a Nature Fix from Small Island Big Song. Tim Cole.
