For this visit, I created a concept called Sensory Resurfacing as a therapeutic treatment for our clinical study. It was inspired by a lot of the reading and work I've been doing (on myself) to heal trauma and nervous system dysregulation, BUT: Please remember that this is just a fictional therapy for the purposes of relaxation, and that I am not a trained medical or mental health professional.
