About Video : CM Hemant बन गए नेमरा के मांझी बाबा, गांव में आदिवासियों की बैठक में हुआ निर्णय; देखिए वीडियो! हेमंत सोरेन केवल झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री ही नहीं हैं, अब उनके कंधों पर एक और बड़ा और गहरा सामाजिक दायित्व आ गया है. अपने पैतृक गांव नेमरा में संथाल समुदाय के द्वारा उन्हें एक ऐसी जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है जो राजनीति के गलियारों से कहीं ऊपर, उनकी जड़ों और संस्कृति से जुड़ी है. हेमंत सोरेन को नेमरा संथाली गांव का ग्राम प्रधान यानी 'माझी बाबा' बनाया गया है. संथाल समाज की पारंपरिक 'माझी-परगना शासन व्यवस्था' में माझी बाबा का पद महज एक प्रशासनिक ओहदा नहीं है, बल्कि यह गांव की अखंडता, परंपरा और न्याय का सर्वोच्च केंद्र बिंदु है. संथाली लोक-कथाओं और मान्यताओं के अनुसार माझी को गांव का 'मुखिया' और 'पिता' तुल्य माना जाता है, जो पूरे कुनबे को एक सूत्र में पिरोकर रखता है. इस पद की अहमियत का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि जब दिवंगत रामदास सोरेन मंत्री बने थे, तब उनके परिजनों ने उन्हें कार्यभार की व्यस्तता के कारण माझी बाबा का पद छोड़ने की सलाह दी थी. अपने दादा और पिता के बाद विरासत में मिली इस जिम्मेदारी को छोड़ने की बात सुनते ही रामदास सोरेन बिफर पड़े थे. उन्होंने दो टूक शब्दों में कह दिया था कि वह मंत्री पद और विधायकी तो त्याग सकते हैं, लेकिन अपने गांव के माझी बाबा का पद कभी नहीं छोड़ सकते. मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन बीते कल सोमवार 16 फरवरी को रामगढ़ जिले के गोला प्रखंड स्थित अपने पैतृक गांव नेमरा पहुंचे थे. वहां वह लगभग साढ़े तीन घंटे तक अपने समाज के बीच एक साधारण ग्रामीण की तरह रहे. नेमरा में पारंपरिक स्वशासन व्यवस्था को मजबूती देने के लिए सीएम ने लोकतंत्र के एक सजग प्रहरी और समाज के अंग के रूप में अपनी भूमिका निभाई. वह गांव के सामुदायिक भवन में आयोजित 'ग्राम प्रधान कमेटी चयन सभा' में शामिल हुए, जहां पूरे गांव की संथाली सामाजिक बैठक हुई. इसी बैठक में 'माझी हड़ाम कमेटी' का गठन कर अलग-अलग लोगों को दायित्व सौंपे गए और सर्वसम्मति से हेमंत सोरेन को माझी बाबा चुना गया. The importance of this position can be gauged from the fact that when the late Ramdas Soren became a minister, his family advised him to step down as Majhi Baba due to his demanding workload. Upon hearing about relinquishing the responsibility he inherited from his grandfather and father, Ramdas Soren was furious. He stated bluntly that he could relinquish his ministerial and legislative positions, but he could never relinquish his position as the village's Majhi Baba. Chief Minister Hemant Soren arrived in his ancestral village of Nemra in Gola block of Ramgarh district on Monday, February 16th. There, he spent approximately three and a half hours living among his community as an ordinary villager. To strengthen the traditional self-governance system in Nemra, the Chief Minister played his role as a vigilant guardian of democracy and a member of society.
