In today’s video we are going to have a conversation over Lung Cancer. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY LUNG CANCER? We have a large number of organs in our body. These organs have a have enormous amount of cells in them. Sometimes in some persons there occurs an uncontrollable growth in these cells which causes the formation of a mass or a tumor then it is known as Cancer. So, basically what happens, the cells of the Lungs grow in a rapid and uncontrollable manner and ends up, becoming a Cancer. When such a growth develops in lungs it is called Lung Cancer. Now as we know in common language the tumors are classified into ‘Benign Tumor’ and ‘Malignant Tumor’ or ‘Cancerous Tumor.’ WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CANCEROUS AND NON CANCEROUS TUMORS? A ‘Benign Tumor’ is caused by the uncontrollable growth of cells, but only grows in a particular location that is it grows locally. It does not have the capacity to spread to other organs of the body. On the other hand, the cancerous cells have the ability to move through blood and lymph to other organs of the bod . So, in any type of ‘Cancer’ it is very important, to be diagnosed at the earliest stage so that we can eliminate the tumor with the help of a surgery or any other local therapies which ensures the best possible outcomes.
