"Okay Baby, do it!" I received an audio cassette tape of the final ever performance of "Busby Berkleys" LIVE, recorded at the Space Theatre, Adelaide 1982. I recently tracked down the (apparent) one and only known video clip (to date) "Hey Max, Relax" inspiring me to re-edited some clips into new videos for some of the additional songs I like the most from that tape. I believe they need to be shared. There's about 14 or so songs varying in audio quality, even tho that wasn't the full show song list. Busby Berkleys comprised Henry Maas (Max), Eddi Stiletto Noel Busby (the guy that looks like a blonde chick), Sam Angelico (Bongo the drummer) and Peaches la Creme (lead singer and keyboards, sadly departed). Busbys made their debut in 1975 at the "Flying Trapeze Cafe" and launched their odyssey on Europe and New York soon after. They developed a massive cult following which spanned cabaret, comedy, art house and rock genres. They finally disbanded after a gig at the Space Theatre, Adelaide (which is where the audio for this video comes from, (thanks Harry P) at the end of 1982 after seven years of touring. Busby Berkleys opened the way for the emergence of the modern-day Fringe Festival performers and inspired a new era in performance art. Audio is from their last ever show, 1982 Adelaide Space Theatre.
