Part 1: Every fat activist that I’ve listened to complains about how they’re constantly discriminated against by health professionals. And this Dr didn’t even mention weight in the first appointment. She actually did the very thing that all fat activists long for. Looking over their weight and taking care of the problem first. But once the Dr mentions the long term solution of exercising, that’s when your questioning her care plan? This Dr didn’t even say stop eating poorly. It was a suggestion to exercise. I don’t get it. Sure exercise sucks but if it can better your health why not do it? Part 2: What? So losing weight means you’re insecure? Why are you so jealous of your friends? You should be happy for them. They are getting serious about their health and you think it’s because they’re insure? What kind of friend are you? Why would you be so selfish to think that if they don’t stay fat like you that they are showing hate towards you? Being fat does damage to your body. And you’re friends recognize that. I think you should consider joining your friends on your own weight loss journey. That would be the perfect accountability for you. Part 3: Uhm, This is called a binge. Food addicts have the mindset of eating until 100% full satisfaction. And food addicts are NEVER 100% satisfied. This is why it’s hard to lose weight. You’re so used to being 100% satisfied that when you try to eat a little less you’d think you are depriving yourself. Do not fall into this trap. It’s ok to eat and have stomach space left over. You’re not starving yourself! You’ll be ok! Part 4: You can’t be fat and thin. Hmm yeah sounds about right. And you don’t have to be thin to be good enough. You can be good enough in your fat body … mentally. But will you feel good enough to handle physical tasks as you get older? You can tell yourself all day that obesity is not real and the world is against you and your fatness. But at the end of the day good health will always be #1. And obesity and good health do not go hand and hand. Part 5: That ain’t right. That’s so toxic! I 100% agree with this post! These fat acceptance activists should not be going around spewing their crazy propaganda about fatness. I bet you all of these fat activists suffer with body pain and the constant lying to themselves about how it’s ok to be fat. But …it’s not. It’s sad that these people decide that junk food and overeating is way more important than health. Hopefully one day you’ll realize what you are doing to yourselves and decide to choose health over short term satisfaction. #fatphobia #fatlogic #fatacceptance #antifatness #fatlib #fatliberation #fatpositivity #fatpositive #fat #weightloss #healthyliving #healthy #fatlogic #weightlossjourney #ratherbethin
