Bratislava, Slovakia was never on any bucket list of mine, but we were actually positively surprised by the Slovakian capital. We spent one whole day in Bratislava and tried to cram as many sights and beers in as we possibly could, but we had a hard time finding a good Bratislava Guide and ended up picking a couple of Bratislava attractions and then just exploring the city on our own. Our first sightseeing point was the The Church of St. Elizabeth, also known as the Blue Church. A Catholic church located in the Old Town of Bratislava. The Blue Church was very pretty (and very blue), and, as a bonus, it makes for a good Instagram spot. We also made our way to the Old Town Hall in Bratislava and climbed the stairs up to the tower where we were met by a nice view over some of the beautiful old buildings in the city. It wasn't, however, the view we were expecting, and we could have maybe found a better way to spend our time in the city. When we left Bratislava to drive to Vienna, we drove to Devín Castle in Devín, Slovakia. The castle is only a short drive outside of the city, and we would have loved to spend more time there.
