Guys! Today a really special day, because I am in the kitchen with Pauline Weuring. I have been a fan of her work for a long time, and it’s such an honour to cook together with her. Pauline is the biggest food blogger in The Netherlands and the writer of two amazing cookbooks, she also has her own YouTube channel. We’re making a oven baked Sea Bream. This is a delicious midweek meal! The only thing you need is a whole sea bream and some veggies and herbs. We’re making a delicious fresh couscous salad on the side, but feel free to serve it with anything you like.
