A very Bobs Christmas: Risfactor
Once again Mikkel Bjergsø has made his way to Bobs Hytte to try his luck with the Great Mikkeller X-mas Calendar, by drinking it all in one day. At his side through this liquid Christmas adventure is Peder from Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri, and together they will journey through 24 wonderful brews from all around the world! Thanks to Jacob from Crooked Moon Tattoo helsingborg to stop by and share a bit of ink ✒️ 16th of December: Risfactor - Pinta Over a ton of bread and biscuit base malt were used per batch. Over a quarter of a ton of the finest English roasted malts. Several months of aging at low temperatures. The result was a classic, black as night Imperial Stout with a thick consistency and aromas of chocolate, cocoa, Belgian pralines and toffee candies.
