And it’s also about the human desire to freedom, exploration into the unknown and breakthrough of limitation/// ///About the single Endless "The outer space, a world out of the planet that we are living on is the territory of discoveries and explorations that human beings are always obsessed with. In human history, we keep thinking the primary philosophic questions of who we are, where we are from and where to go. Yet we never stop our imaginations about the entire universe. Therefore, I got really excited about the soundtrack production for the reality show“Space Challenge” at first and later a bit confused about what to start with. And each member of the band researched on the topic given and sought for inspirations respectively. When we brought all the material together and listened, we came up with the emotional topic of setting free and breaking the present limitation, as a breakthrough point for our band. We made the theme song with a structure of two sections. The first section is the description of an imaginary scene in the infinite and unknown space, desolate but beautiful; while the second section is more of the reconstruction little by little and a breakthrough out of the wasteland. As for the instruments, we invited a small-size string orchestra and choir, and tried to enhance the power of different people working together. Besides, we also invited a Swedish producer, Kristian（from Pg.Lost） who was also very interested in the same music topic, to work on the final mixing with his own idea of his signature operation with the high-pitched chorus. After the master copy was finally finished by the mastering engineer, Magnus, in Sweden and sent it to me online, I was deeply touched when I listened to the song again. Unlike any other soundtracks we had produced before, it was an integration of many people’s thoughts and efforts, just as numerous people working behind on research and exploration for our astronauts’ departures from the Earth and stepping into the outer space."
