We are in Poland for the first time ever! We hit the streets of Wroclaw and taste test traditional Polish food. We start out eating pierogi which is inarguably the best-known Polish food. These stuffed dumplings evolved into one of Poland's favorite dishes. Every family has their own version of pierogi filling, and the ingredients that can be used are limited only by the imagination of the chef.
