This video is part 2 of the Gologo Dance video. Gologo Dance (war dance) is performed during the Gologo festival. The Gologo Festival, also known as the Golib Festival, is celebrated throughout the month of March. The Talensi people believe that the Gologo festival brings them closer to the deities. During this festival, no one is allowed to marry, and no quarreling among the people. The Gologo Festival is among the major festivals in Ghana and is celebrated by the chiefs and peoples of Talensi.
