Before cutting into the potato, roll it several times with your hand to break the pulp apare. Then cut into the potato with a knife and squeeze the ends with your fingers to release the pulp and make it fluffy. For faster results, prick the potatoes in several places, rub with salt if desired, and microwave at HIGH 3 minutes if you're baking one potato. Add an extra minute for additional potato.
