This time, I walked through the Sanbangai shopping street and the Chuo shopping street in Rumoi City, Hokkaido, Japan. These shopping streets are located along National Route 231 in the center of Rumoi City, with the Sanbaigai Shopping District on the west side and the Chuo Shopping District on the east side. But I didn't know the line between the two. The video was shoot from the Sanbanbai shopping street. Rumoi City still retains vestiges of the 1950s. A city with such old buildings remaining is precious. It's an old townscape, but this street offers free Wi-Fi services. Rumoi Station will become an abandoned station, and visitors may decrease.
