In this four-part webinar series, hosted by the International Institute of Social Studies with colleagues from the Legal Mobilization Platform, in conversation with academic and societal partners, and with the participation of Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967. The second webinar in the series, 'Is it genocide?', will discuss the crime of genocide and how the framework can be applied to the offensive launched by Israel against the Palestinian people in Gaza after 7 October.
