Date recorded: 29 September 2023 Technical Specifications Lift: A Manufacturer: LG (now SIGMA) Year installed: 2000 Floors served: 1 - 6 Capacity: 13 persons/885 kg History: Indicators replaced Imported from my previous channel. Considering that Sengkang is a "New Town", there are no Dong Yang/GoldStar/GEC Express elevators here. The first HDB to be completed in Sengkang was in 1997 (over at Rivervale side) and had lifts supplied by Fujitec and Mitsubishi. At least there is still a bit of that Dong Yang element, which can be seen in its voiceovers in these LG lifts. These were completed around the time when those at Jelubu Road (Bukit Panjang) were completed, hence they are similar in terms of technical specifications. Not sure whether the "1" button is jammed; it is always lighted up and it always makes the lift go back down to 1 when not in use.
