The Duck Yard Community sometimes referred to as DockYard is a predominantly informal and unregulated Haitian Community located at the back of Kew Town, accessible from the Kew Town Roundabout ara. The Community Consist of residential and commercial properties. The community is self-sufficient and most of the basic amenities can be found within the community. Although it is predominantly a Haitian community other nationalities also reside in the community. Although the community is informal and unregulated, persons in the community have made substantial investments in their properties.
