Some really nice elevators in one of the three office towers in the Tunjungan Plaza superblock, which stands above Tunjungan Plaza 5. These are the first known Mitsubishi DOAS installations in Surabaya as well as outside Jakarta. Speaking of which, the car interior is similar to the elevators in Prudential Center (Kota Kasablanka), Jakarta apart from the different lighting tone, buttons and LCD interface. That building is also a Pakuwon property. Despite these elevators were installed in 2013-14 and most DOAS installations during that time used keypad landing panels, the system uses landing panels with fixed floor buttons which is a bit outdated IMO. Probably one of the last DOAS installations in Indonesia with that kind of panel. As the system adopts hybrid configuration, there are floor buttons inside the cars and traditional call buttons on the upper floors.
