Riding the Cross Country Bicycle Trail - South Korea

The highlight of my trip to South Korea was managing to cycle the Cross Country Bicycle Trail - Also known sometimes as the Four Rivers trail. This trail goes from Seoul (Incheon) to Busan. This guide video is my journey and experiences to share of the highs, and lows, of completing this ride from September 8 to 14, 2024. It was a truly unforgettable experience and I learnt a lot about myself, as well as bike touring!, as this was my first real multiday adventure. In this video is a rundown day by day including the challenges (lets just say it, they were pretty much all heat/weather related!) some hints and tips for future cyclists, and my thoughts on the journey. I will stress the experience was a positive one for me, I noticed while editing this video may come off a tad negative and that is not my intention at all, as I did enjoy the experience, but it would be dishonest if I was to pretend it was all easy and nothing went wrong along the way! Did not help that I did little to no preparation and was not in the best shape to start. Big thank you to all who supported and encouraged me along the way and during the lead up!
