But today, Mom has taken that mountain classic and given it a delicious twist by adding succulent chicken! It’s creamy, refreshing, and carries that unmistakable aroma of the perfect tadka. Chef: Tinku Produced by: Snigdho 🥗 Ingredients Checklist: For the Chicken: 250g Boneless Chicken 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp Chilli Powder 1/2 tbsp Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste Juice of 1 Lemon 1 tbsp Oil (for shallow frying) For Mixing After Frying: 1 Large Onion (thinly sliced) 2 Green Chillies (chopped) 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) For the Curd Mixture: 3–4 tbsp Curd/Yoghurt 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste For the Tadka: 2–3 tbsp Rice-bran Oil 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Chilli Powder 💬 Join the Conversation!
