Plastic takes time to harden which means its easier to mold into shapes Simple and easy to use + Loads plastic quickly Super mega pen set comes with reusable stencils and extra plastic + a stencil book with more ideas One click to use the pen, one click to stop plastic You can draw on walls and the plastic will peel right off Cons: Difficult to draw up in the air or make 3 dimensional objects like you can with other 3d pens Plastic takes 20-35 seconds to harden depending on the temperature in the room instead of 3 seconds with pla plastic. Plastic filament strands are shorter and run out quickly so you’ll need to buy more You can’t remove a strand of plastic if you’ve used too much of it, so it forces you to continue drawing in that color until you run out before changing color Overall this pen is great for young kids (8+) and it’s awesome because you can’t burn yourself but if you’re looking to draw up in the air or create 3d objects I would recommend other 3d pens with more options.
