Ok, let's take a breath and slow it down some. Ease back and take in some sound built on a drum foundation of Heartbeat (a synth drum VST that I was initially quite excited by, but over time less so), combined with an 8Dio program inside Kontakt (which I am weaning myself off of. Too cumbersome to work with and I have awesome, mightier alternative options for all of the stuff that I use it for). Seasoned with some Middle Eastern percussion via the UVI platform (one of said mightier alternative options), and garnished with a healthy portion of synthiness, courtesy of the formidable OB-X and aetherial Eight Voice. This track is actually complete and rendered out to audio files, so there are a good few slices forthcoming.
