Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says federal immigration operations will continue in Minnesota, despite backlash from protesters and local politicians. Noem said she discussed the Insurrection Act with President Donald Trump. "I describe it as a violent, um, and, and a violation of the law in many places. I discussed with the president this morning, uh, several things that we are dealing with under the department and different operations. Uh, we did discuss the Insurrection Act. He certainly has the constitutional authority to utilize that, my hope is that this leadership team in Minnesota will start to work with us to get criminals off the streets," Noem said. https://thenationaldesk.com/news/amer...
