🍽👇 **WATCH THIS before making Sooji Halwa again!**👇 This Halwa is no ordinary Sooji Halwa also Known as Makhandi Halwa—it’s a caramel-infused delight that melts in your mouth! This traditional Kanjak Prasad went viral on Instagram & YouTube Shorts with over 28 million views, and today, I’m showing you exactly how to make it! 🔥 Why You’ll LOVE This Recipe: ✅ Caramelized sugar twist – takes the halwa to another level ✅ Super rich & buttery – just like Moong Dal Halwa but faster ✅ Perfect for Kanjak, Kanya Pooja, and festive desserts 📌 Save this for Navratri, Diwali, or anytime you crave comfort food! 🍽 Ingredients You’ll Need: ( Serves 6-7 ) ✔ 1 cup Suji/Semolina ✔ 2 cups Milk (for soaking) + 1 cup (for cooking) ✔ 1 cup Sugar (or slightly less if you prefer mild sweetness) ✔ ¾ cup Ghee ✔ Mixed dry fruits (as per taste) Step-by-Step Recipe: 1️⃣ Soak & Prep Soak 1 cup suji in 2 cups of milk for 15-20 mins. Roast dry fruits in 1 tsp ghee and keep aside. 2️⃣ . Cook the Suji In a kadhai, add 2 tbsp ghee and roast the soaked suji-milk mix. Stir continuously until there are no lumps (about 10 mins). Once done, transfer the cooked suji to a separate bowl. 3️⃣ Make the Caramel Magic Add the remaining ghee to the kadhai. Add sugar and cook on low flame until golden brown & caramelized. Lower the flame & carefully add 1 cup of milk while stirring. Sugar will crystallize at first but will dissolve in 6-7 mins. 4️⃣ Combine & Finish Add back the cooked suji & dry fruits. Stir well until the halwa leaves the sides of the pan. Serve warm & enjoy!
