Rajbhog Shrikhand or Dry Fruits Matho is Indian Sweet or Dessert made using Hung Curd mixed with Sugar and Dry Fruits. Shrikhand is a semi soft, sweetish sour, whole milk product prepared from lactic fermented curd. The curd (dahi) is partially strained through a cloth to remove the whey and thus produce a solid mass called chakka or hung curd/yogurt (the basic ingredient for Shrikhand). This chakka is mixed with the required amount of sugar, etc., to yield Shrikhand. Shrikhand is a traditional Indian sweet made with hung curd and flavored with saffron and cardamom. It is very popular traditional sweet dish of western Indian states of Gujarat and Maharashtra. It is also known as 'Matho'. Gujarati and Maharashtrian people love Shrikhand as a part of their regular as well as festive meal along with Roti / Puri.
