Kabir says that this enigmatic creeper has no form or shape, neither it has any shadow and it can grow even without water. As Brahma, you can't describe it, it can only be felt. It is far away from Moh and it can dwell under any circumstance. The next verse says that this vine has 2 ends- Ida and Pingala, one resides in Avni and the other has reached the sky. When this vine by its own nature (unforced, effortless smadhi) blossomed, then new branches and shoots come out. When this vine started blooming, the elephants (symbolize the materialistic pleasures and desires of the heart) came to destroy its ground, then the Satguru provided protection to this vine and helped it grow unharmed. The five senses together nourish this vine and help it grow further. This vine grows higher when one cuts oneself from worldliness, if one enjoys worldly cravings then this vine becomes lifeless.
