In this patient who had a really bad and unhealthy teeth we extracted the rotten teeth and saved remaining teeth. We used prgf-endoret for wound healing. After 1 month we placed 8 dental implants (bti-unica) and augmented the sites using autologous bone, cortical lamina(osteobiol) with fixation screws for "shell technique" and prgf-endoret. After 4 months we did soft tissue surgery with palatal pedicule flap and custom implant abutments using the cervico system. after 2 weeks we started to finish the case with zirconia crowns on remaining teeth and implants. With this procedure we create a beautiful and healthy smile for our patient. Everything was filmed with futudent camera and xv1 loupes and some photos are with normal camera.
