Update: This plant needed massive reconstruction for 1.0 with the new recipes, node purities, and node placements.  This is the cold start of my Swamp Nuclear power plant. The system does not require external power to start or shutdown safely because of two battery arrays. This plant has a difficult set of recipes where all waste production products are important to for running. The main recipe in this state is rubber with the waste product of Heavy oil residue. in this setup both products are critical and need to be balanced.
