Multiple fibroadenoma both breasts | Mastitis Right axilla: Normal finding, no enlarge lymph node is seen. Right breast: 1.The skin layer is normal. Thickness is 1.6mm in all quadrants. 2.Hypoechoic subcutaneous layer is normal in all quadrants 3.Echogenic fibro glandular area shows multiple well-defined, hypoechoic, solid mass lesion measuring 3.6 mm at 9’O clock, 6.8mm at 3’Oclock, 3.8mm at 12’Oclock and 5.6mm at 6’oclock position. 4.Retromammary layer with pectorals muscle layer are also appear normal. 5.No micro or macro calcification is noted within the breast. 6.Doppler finding Normal vascular pattern. No abnormal flow is found in around the area. Left axilla: Normal finding, no enlarge lymph node is seen. Left breast: 1.The skin layer is normal. Thickness is 1.6mm in all quadrants. 2.Hypoechoic subcutaneous layer is normal in all quadrants 3.Echogenic fibro glandular area shows a well-defined, hypoechoic, solid mass lesion measuring 10.8 mm at 3’O clock position. 4.Retromammary layer with pectorals muscle layer are also appear normal. 5.No micro or macro calcification is noted within the breast. 6.Doppler finding Normal vascular pattern. No abnormal flow is found in around the area. **There is evidence of bilateral mild duct dilatation is seen prominent in the left side measuring one 2.7mm at 3’O clock position. Feature suggestive of multiple fibroadenoma both breasts. However, mammography correlation and/ or FNAC should be done for confirmation and to exclude another pathology. Bilateral Mild mastitis.
