My name is Eric from ALL-TEST Pro, and today we're going to go over the AT7™ quick reference guide. This is the ALL-TEST Pro 7™ instrument — we have three ports for our three lead cables and the ground cable. We're going to select our smaller set of leads for this motor. This is a 30 horsepower, nine-lead motor connected in a Y configuration for high voltage. We're going to put black in lead one, blue in lead two, red in lead three and our yellow's going to go in our ground. The first thing we're going to do is the IND Test. We're going to select "okay," and that's going to give us some instructions. The AT7™ says "connect blue clip to phase two and yellow to frame ground." Next, we're going to go on to phase two. We're going to clip our ground to make sure we have a good connection. Then, hit "okay." The AT7™ is going to ask if we want to do our DF and cap test. We're going to hit "yes," and it's going to do our test. The yellow light means our test is in progress. So, we've got our DS and capacitance values, and then we're going to hit "okay" to continue. Installation test — hit "yes." Hit "okay." So, now we're going to hold down the test button to perform the test. It's over one Gigahome, so we're going to hit "okay." Now, it's going to ask us to please connect the remaining black to phase one and red to phase three. Black to one, red to three. Hit "okay" to continue. It's going to start our static test, so we're going to be testing lead three to two. It says "please wait" as the test is being performed. And now, we're going from phase two to one, then phase one to three. Alright. When that test is complete, the ALL-TEST Pro 7™ is going to ask if we want to do our dynamic test, so we're going to select "yes." In this test, we're actually going to be rotating the shaft of the motor. We want to get our shaft to a 12 o'clock position, and then we'll hit "okay" and start rotating the shaft — nice and smooth, nice and slow. You want about four beeps per revolution — so, one, two, three four. One, two, three, four. Alright, now it's going to ask to go to the 12 o'clock position again. We're going to select "okay." Test lead two to one. So, one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. We're going to go to the twelfth position one more time and test one to three. You're going to hit "okay." One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Now, our result screen will be displayed. See, our resistance is okay, our stator's okay, our rotor's okay, contamination's okay and insulation's okay. So, now, we can confidently put this back into our machine. You can also save the motor performance test by going to the "save" tab and hitting "okay." We're going to hit "save" and name it "ATP." Hit "okay," then "next," and the report is saved. We can actually look at this on the computer via a USB cable, which is on top of the instrument as well, using our MCA program. And that is a complete motor test.
