Iran Rejects Talks with U.S.; Trump Threatens Bombing as ‘Never Seen Before’ President Trump upset at Putin, threatens stiff tariffs on oil over Ukraine war demands Cabinet voted for more IDF pressure on Hamas; Israel to run Gaza security when Hamas gone Hamas begins brutal crackdown on Gaza protests with torture, executions Headline 1 Iran Rejects Talks with U.S.; Trump Threatens Bombing as ‘Never Seen Before’ (Breitbart) Iran rejected talks with the United States as President Donald Trump threatened to bomb the country as “never seen before” to prevent the terror-supporting state from becoming a nuclear-armed power. Iran’s president said Sunday that the Islamic Republic rejected direct negotiations with the United States over its rapidly advancing nuclear program, offering Tehran’s first response to a letter President Donald Trump sent to the country’s supreme leader. President Masoud Pezeshkian said Iran’s response, delivered via the sultanate of Oman, ...Iran has no effective air defenses, after they were largely destroyed by Israel in retaliation for ballistic missile attacks last year. Iran is possibly gambling that Trump would not dare follow through on his recent threats of military action. Iran better not gamble on Trump not following through. The U.S., under Trump, will do what needs to be done. Recall, Iran has also threatened the U.S. along with Israel. It seems that whatever will happen will indeed happen soon. Stay tuned. Headline 2 President Trump upset at Putin, threatens stiff tariffs on oil over Ukraine war demands (NY Post) President Trump said he was “very angry”” with Russian President Vladimir Putin — as he threatened harsh tariffs on Moscow’s oil over the stalled peace talks. The American president appeared to be fed up with Putin over the lull in the cease-fire talks after Moscow announced additional conditions before it complies with a US-backed deal to limit attacks in the Black Sea and away from energy facilities. Specifically, Trump railed against a report that Putin called for a transitional government in Ukraine that would push out President Volodymyr Zelensky. Putin also said Ukraine’s generals should remove Zelensky themselves, according to a report from AFP. We’ve documented Putin’s warrish behavior in the last few days. He is not helping himself by doing this. The United States, with Trump as President, can do a lot of harm to Russia and its economy, an economy that is failing. We know that the United States will not go to war with Russia over Ukraine. Only time will tell what will eventually occur. Headline 3 PM: Cabinet voted for more IDF pressure on Hamas; Israel to run Gaza security when Hamas gone (Times of Israel) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday said ministers voted overnight to increase military pressure on Hamas, asserting that the methods were “working” to bring about a deal to free hostages held in the Gaza Strip. “We are ready,” Netanyahu said Sunday. “Hamas will lay down its weapons. Its leaders will be allowed to leave [Gaza]. We will take care of general security in the Gaza Strip, and enable the implementation of the Trump plan, the voluntary immigration plan.” “That’s the plan. We’re not hiding it,” he went on. Glad to see Israel continues with its fighting. This is the only way that this evil group can be defeated. Headline 4 Hamas begins brutal crackdown on Gaza protests with torture, executions (YNET) Residents in the enclave say terror group executed at least six organizers; Gaza City resident returned to his family after four hours of torture and died shortly afterward, while others reported missing Wonder how these people in the U.S. that protest Israel and support Hamas feel about this? This is horrible but totally expected given who these horrific human beings are. For the sake of the Palestinian people, hopefully, Israel will rid them of Hamas once and for all. The bottom line with these stories...war with Iran could break out at any moment while Russia could be placed in a dire financial situation with the U.S. All the while Israel moves to rid the evil Hamas from its southern border. If Iran is eliminated as the major military power in the Middle East and Hamas no longer ruling Gaza it would go a long way to fulfilling precisely what Scripture predicts that part of the world will look like at the time of the end.
