The US has submitted a draft 28-point peace plan to Ukraine to end the Russia-Ukraine war. This plan contains highly controversial conditions such as giving up claims on Donetsk and Luhansk, reducing the army, and giving up the demand to join NATO. Trump has given Ukraine an ultimatum to respond by November 27. President Zelensky has said that he will have "direct talks" with Trump on all these sensitive issues.
