We recently installed this prefab tubular steel building in Franklin County, Missouri. Our customer had a hassle free permit experience with this type of carport building construction. Most would think of tubular steel construction as a metal carport, but this is far from a cover over your automobiles in your driveway. This metal building is a Carport on STEROIDS! It is a multi-space metal garage that was constructed in a matter of 2 days. The total building size is 46x36 with the two 12 foot lean to's and a center carport building at 22 feet wide and 12 feet tall. It was mounted to the customer's 4' concrete slab. The customer decided to install his own choice of garage doors. We think that the black goes great on this building!
