Shoyu Hot Dog 1 package Redondo hot dogs 1 medium sweet onion 1/4 cup shoyu https://amzn.to/3Zqa9Yn 3/8 cup brown sugar https://amzn.to/3JTNePy Fried Chicken (3-3 1/2 lb of chicken) 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 T paprika https://amzn.to/3TWnOoU 1-1/2 tsp salt https://amzn.to/3M9Zoq6 1/2 tsp pepper https://amzn.to/3nmwAAs Mix the flour with the paprika, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces and fry, skin side down on medium high for 10 minutes in vegetable oil. (I used olive oil for sauteing and stir-frying).
