Just a look at the best grinding spots and setup that I've found for MONARK. With the proper setup, these stages can be done in under a minute and will get you a lot of spirit. Utilizing these grinding spots, you should be able to max out everyone in under 10 hours. Minimum requirements: Lust with Frostbarren Garden/Psychogenic Fever+ Pride with Healing Factor+ MC with Party Resonance Enough HP on all party members to survive all attacks Spirit Gain Up on MC highly recommended Phone Numbers: ##*#*#*00 Mid-game grind spot, needs 4 members, for level 40 and above, recommend 400 PSY *#*#***#0 End game grind spot, needs 6 members, for level 60 and above, recommend 550-600 PSY The strat is simple. Party Resonance, Buff PSY, then cast Frostbarren, the big AoE skill that hits everyone, until you win, heal as needed. I'd stick with the 1st grind spot until you have enough spirit to level a full party of 6 to around 60, then move on to the 2nd grind spot. The most important thing to make this grind work is having all your party members surviving the spells you cast, as damage decreases significantly if a party member dies. I recommend healing after 2 Frostbarren casts. Keep an eye out if you crit one of your own party members, as that will likely require a heal. It's recommended to have the Frostbarren caster under 700 PSY for the 2nd grind spot, as anything above that will increase the odds of killing your party members. Both stages can be cleared in one turn with high enough stats. I recommend bumping up your other party members' stats first before increasing the PSY of the Frostbarren caster, as survival is a higher priority over a quicker clear.
