He explains how in such cases we need to re-study the case and begin case-taking from the current complaints of the patient. He explains that we need to keep probing in the case until we get exact, individualizing features. How to manage acute condition during treatment of a chronic case? He explains how if the state is the same as the chronic remedy, we need to simply repeat the chronic remedy. If the acute symptoms are different from the chronic remedy, the remedy must be changed.
