Instagram: letticesfood / letticesfood Mud Pudding This recipe makes 4 large or 8 small (it is very rich, a small serving is plenty) 200g Dark Chocolate 2x packs of Silken tofu 1tbsp Vanilla extract 5tbsp Agave Pinch of sea salt Pinch of chilli Zest of lime for edible soil Half a pack of oreos for edible soil 1 digestive for edible soil (Could use Rum, Ameretto, Coffee, Orange liquor etc for flavouring) Meringue Mushrooms This recipe makes approximately 30 mushrooms (One egg is approximately 3tbsp Aquafaba) 2 tins Chickpeas (approx 300ml of Aquafaba) 1tsp Cream of tartar 1tsp Vanilla 250g Sugar 1tsp Cocoa powder to dust 100g Dark chocolate to join the meringues together Piping bag, large nozzle, baking sheets, greaseproof paper, sieve
