This video about Broz based on the biography’s of his life by Swain and Pirjevec will only cover the intimate moments of his early life before he became party leader, before Comrade Walter becomes Marshall Tito his actions and life become tied up with world movements and not just party struggles, however men don’t move the world on their own so I won’t focus specifically on Tito once he becomes more than a party functionary. This video serves mostly as a transition to the next which is on the KPJ power struggle post-Gorkić, a struggle that cemented Tito’s rise to party leadership. Tito lived quite an interesting life before he became a leader whose name became etched in history for better or worse, I like to highlight these last stories because it shows you that no one is destined to be anything.
