Welcome to the Sun Vet Mall located in Holbrook, NY. The mall opened in 1973 with Rickel, and PathMark as anchors. Rickels closed in the late 80s and the space would be subdivided into TJ Maxx and Tuesday Morning. TJ Maxx would soon close and the space would become Office Depot, only for that to close later on. Toys R Us moved into the former space. Tuesday Morning would close in the early 2010s AC Moore was added to mall only to close 2020 due to bankruptcy. Toys R Us closed 2018 due to bankruptcy and PathMark closed in 2015. As of January 2023 the mall is closing for good as its being redeveloped for an open air center.
