Parks of Glasgow with Inverclyde Ramblers

We started our walk from Craigton Cemetery led by Peter and headed off for Bellahouston Park we passed the Palace of Art as we made out way via the Walled flower garden to House fo a Artist where we had some hot rolls and tea/coffee then it was off again making our through the park with some pleasant views towards Dumgoyne and the Fintry Hills then it was onwards to Pollock country park a super park and a credit to Glasgow We stopped at Pollok house for our lunch brake then visited the gardens before making our way out of the park to Queens Park the last part of our walk we made our way to the highest point in the park which is a viewpoint with amazing views over the city of Glasgow. then we walked through the rest of the park to the boating pond which was the end of our walk. The distance was 10 miles anmd the walk was enjoyed by us all. Many thanks to Peter and Jo and Martin too for sharing this beautiful walk with us.
