After fixing the fuel line, I found out the governor had gone bad and needed replaced. After fixing the governor, I found a bad transmission idler pulley which ended up being a bear to replace. After replacing that, I found out it is running too rich. After fixing the carb issue, the governor broke on it yet again, so at this point I decided to put a new engine on it altogether. I am so ready for this mower to leave my shop!
