Welcome to a very special edition of What's for Dinner! This week has been chaotic with a ton of different appointments and errands that end right around dinner time, so filming was out of the question. BUT, I've heard from several of you recently - asking what our family favorites are. Well, here you go! We definitely have more than just these 5 dinners, but I didn't want to make a 2 hour long video, LOL. COLE'S FAV - MEXICAN ALFREDO: 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Chicken Sausage - chopped 1 lb. pasta (we used penne) Alfredo sauce (1 jar) 1 cup of shredded cheese 3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning Cook pasta to al dente, drain and set aside. Heat a large skillet to med-high and add oil. Add chicken sausage and brown for just about 3-4 minutes. Add alfredo sauce and taco seasoning. Stir to combine. Allow to heat thru for about 3-4 minutes. Add cheese, stirring to help it melt. Add drained pasta and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
