After looking into heavy weapons I discovered the plasma caster and decided to make a video showcasing how to get it and craft legendary plasma casters. The plasma caster is a slower firing heavy hitting heavy weapon similar to the gatling gun but deals energy and ballistic damage. It's main downside is its small magazine capacity of 20 with no mods to increase this. You can obtain the plasma caster plan for 750 Gold Bullion from the bullion vendor Regs at Vault 79. I recommend using the wiki to pick out which mods you want instead of buying them all with gold bullion! Please note gold bullion items cannot be traded, sold, or dropped!
