Defeat a Fly Guy for a Red Coin and hit a ? Puff for the first flower. Spit out a Koopa shell to the concrete above for 2 Red Coins and ground pound a crate for a key. Grab 3 Red Coins and break the concrete for the 2nd flower. Unlock the door with the key and merge into a train. In the form of a train, ride on the tracks but watch for Shy Guys. You’ll find the 3rd flower and return to normal. Go through the next door and you’ll find the checkpoint. Grab 2 Red Coins while defeat Fly Guys for 2 Red Coins. The Lakitu will return and you’ll see 3 Fly Guys each holding Red Coins. Hit a ? Puff for the 4th flower. After a prickly ball, ground pound a peg for a Red Coin then hit the next ? Puff for the last flower. Ground pound another peg for a Red Coin and grab the Red Coin next to it. Hit another Fly Guy for one last Red Coin. After a bush that triggers a Bandit, you’ll find the goal.
