MEET MY URBAN QU... ** For breakfast recipe ** I added 1/4 cup cottage cheese to 12 quail eggs (3 chicken eggs) and seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary. I added 1/4 cup chopped red onion and a handful of spinach and cooked on the standard cycle ** For lunch recipe ** I used brown basmati rice and cooked as directed for my rice cooker. I added a tablespoon of Japanese BBQ sauce and a handful of frozen veggies and a salmon fillet and cooked on a standard cycle ** For dinner recipe ** I used 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water, half a bell pepper, salt, pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp Worcestershire and 1 raw, thawed chicken thigh (seasoned) and topped with bbq sauce. I cooked this on one standard cycle. #ricecookerrecipe
