Add sugar and yeast and place it for proofing. It will take 5 to 10 minutes. Add GF Bread Flour in a bowl. Add baking powder and salt. Mix all dry ingredients. Then add egg, oil , lemon juice , warm milk and yeast water mixture. Mix it with spatula. Knead with electric kneading rods for at least 5 minutes. Then set the dough with oily hands and divide into three portions. Make round balls of each portion and place them on a greased oven tray. Apply egg white and sprinkle sesame seeds. Place them for proofing for one hour. Preheat oven at 180 C. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Apply butter on top.
